We are group of officers well versed and experienced in Vigilance matters and disciplinary proceedings, who can provide Defence Assistance in your case. Most of the Govt organisations give opportunity to the Charged officer(to whom chargesheet is issued) to appoint his defence assistant. Some times the officials feel that they are innocent and take the Chargesheet very casuallly which may lead to punishment
of reduction of pay, denail of promotion, termination or compulsory retirement.
Whether defence Assistant is Mandatory: No. But for proper defence of the charges levelled agnainst a person defence assistant should be appointed. Since the Charged officer is emotionally attached with the case it may cause harm in long run.

Our panel of officers has experience in Central Govt department/State Govt departments/ Ministries/ Public Sector undertakings/Statutory bodies in the conducting Inquiry/Inquiry Officer and for defending a case/Defence Assistant with 100 % success rate.Some of the organisation which we dealt were Kendriya Bhandaar, Delhi Jal Board, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi Govt, Union Public Service Commission.

Fee /remuneration:
1. Fee: 29,000(negotiable)
2. TA/DA: Central Govt/most of the organisations allow TA/DA facility to ouside Defence Assistant. TA/DA will be paid initailly by the CO till the same is reimbursed by the Deptt concerned.
3. The number of hearing and number of documnents for one case will be restricted upto 10 and 100 respectively.
4. Fee in full will be taken in advance.

2.On confirmation from our side we would brief you regarding the rules and procedure invlovled in the Inquiry and give letter of Defence Assitant.
3. Fee in full will be required in advance.
Please note that although we have a success rate of 100%, but do not guarantee 100 % dropping of charges/acquittal because disciplinary authority/Govt have discretion to impose penalty even if the charge is not proved during the Inquiry.
